Service Description
Host an unforgettable BYOB private candle-making party at The Chandlery Candle Bar! Perfect for celebrations, team-building, or simply gathering with friends, our private parties include everything from our regular workshops: expert guidance, an extensive selection of vessels, fragrances, botanicals, crystals, glitters, and more. • Pricing: • $50 non-refundable booking fee (covers up to 2 hours of private access). • A $20 deposit per person is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is applied to the final cost of the vessels, which are selected and paid for in person. • Group Size: • Minimum of 6 guests, maximum of 14 guests. • Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the $20/person deposit. Please note that all participants must select and pay for a vessel during the event, with prices ranging from $25 to $65. If your group cancels within 72 hours, the deposit will not be refunded to compensate for lost availability.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Fee: A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your private party. This fee covers a 2-hour studio reservation and is not applied toward the cost of vessels. 2. Deposit: A $20 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward each guest’s final purchase. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event or for no-shows. 3. Group Size: Private parties require a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 14. Final guest counts must be confirmed 72 hours before the event. 4. Duration: Private parties are scheduled for 2 hours. 5. BYOB: Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy during the party. 6. Pricing: Candle prices vary depending on the vessel selected, ranging from $35 to $55 + tax. Vessel costs are paid in person on the day of the event. 7. Cooling Time: Candles take up to 2 hours to cool and set. Guests can explore local shops or pick up their candles at a later time. Products will be held for 30 days, and shipping is available for $12 per item. 8. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice. Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
