Our Candles
Each infusion unites the benefits of aromatherapy with the healing powers of crystals. Crafted with a specific purpose and integrity, each candle has an intention in mind that correlates with materials used, such as crystal, scent, and botanicals.
Burning time allows the scent benefits to infuse with unique energy of crystals into your ideal environment for relaxation or meditation practices.

Wax
Our high-quality candles are made of the finest coconut soy blend wax hand-poured in small batches combined with essential oils and crystals for a long-lasting luminous glow. Our all-natural wax has no preservatives, additives, or dyes and allows for a longer cleaner burn.

Crystals
All of our crystals are charged under a full moon and cleansed before they are poured. Variations in size, color, and texture of the crystals and wax are normal. These differences are not considered defects and will not affect how the candle burns.

Essential Oils
Our candles are scented with therapeutic grade essential oils that are designed to help purify the air and cleanse your space, and 100% phthalate-free fragrance oils that will not compromise your health in any way.
Our fragrances are free of:
*Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer.
*Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer.
*Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects.
*Organ toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs.
*Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure. Generally, this would be accidental exposure like spillage or ingestion. -CS

Vessels
We are proud to select beautiful reusable vessels for our candles and bath products that are aesthetically pleasing no matter the home decor style. Once these sophisticated vessels are empty they can be repurposed for a vast array of items, such as jewelry, flowers, make-up brushes, accessories, craft supplies… the possibilities are truly endless and they easily become a stylish storage option!
In order to re-purpose your glass vessel, first remove the wick and any excess wax left inside. Rinse with hot water and wipe clean with a paper towel. Once this step is complete, you may reuse the vessel any way you wish!

What is your return policy?
We strive to create a product you love but understand if you are not happy with your order. However, due to the nature of our products, Luz de Luna Candles does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We do stand behind our products and will work to resolve any issues you may have within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by email. Should you receive any damaged items, please notify the carrier in order to file a claim. Please leave damaged item in original box for inspection and submit photographic proof along with a brief message within 7 days of delivery. Return must be paid by the customer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through USPS for all domestic and international packages. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is 1-4 business days after an order is placed. Express Shipping is 1 business day after an order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Candle Safety
The first time you light your candle, allow to burn for 3-4 hours until it forms an even pool to the edge of the vessel before extinguishing. The first burn sets the tone for the rest of the candle and allows for a better more vibrant burn every time your candle is lit.
Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and be sure to trim your wick down to ¼ inch after each time it is lit. You can do this with wick trimmers when the wick has completely cooled.
Be careful when handling the candle while it is burning as the glass can be hot to the touch. Keep away from reach of children, pets, and combustibles. Avoid fans, vents, or direct air currents.
Do not leave candle unattended. For best results, do not blow out your candle- snuff it out.
